Do you have a showroom?

Although ADDOffice do not have a showroom, we have access to many of our manufacturer’s showrooms which are mostly based in London. Therefore, if you are interested in a certain type or range of furniture, we can arrange an appointment for you to visit the showroom so that you can view the ranges and the quality of the furniture that we offer.

 

Do you offer a guarantee?

The majority of our ranges come with a 5 – 10 year manufacturers warranty.

 

Do you take credit cards?

Yes. We are now able to take most major credit cards for your purchases.

 

When will I receive my furniture?

Most of the manufacturers we work with are usually able to supply within 3-4 weeks. However, more specialist office furniture finishes such as veneer, lacquer and glass are approximately 4-6 weeks. We have a selection of ranges available on express delivery.

 

Will you install my office furniture?

Yes, we are happy to offer a delivery & installation service. The cost is usually worked out based on what you have ordered and your location.

Alternatively for a small charge, some of our products can be delivered directly but these will be flatpacked or boxed.

 

Can I return my office furniture if I decide I don’t like it?

Unfortunately, not. We do not keep stock and orders are only placed once a customer has paid. We encourage you to ask us for colour swatches, samples and possibly a visit to a showroom if you are unsure on colours or finishes.

Does your website show all your furniture?

No, it doesn’t. There are so many different variations, finishes & colours in almost all of the furniture that we sell that it would be impossible to show it all. If you see a piece of furniture you like but are looking for a slight change in colour or design – please do contact us as we may have the variation you are looking for.

 

Do you deliver furniture outside of the UK?

We do have some manufacturers can deliver to other countries, predominantly Europe. Alternatively, orders can be collected from the factories in Europe or UK. Shipping arrangements will be the clients responsibility.

 

FAQ’s about our Products

What types of height adjustable desks do you sell?

Height adjustable desks are available in most of ranges if you want a lower or higher desk when seated. They are available in two formats, pin adjustment or crank handle depending on the range. Heights range from 620mm > 927mm but these differ from manufacturer.

 

What are sit stand desks and what type do you sell?

Sit stand desks allow a person to sit at a desk but adjust the desk to a stand position helping with lower and upper back pain and also neck pain. Sit stand desks can be supplied with either gas strutt or electric mechanisms.

 

What different types of upholsteries do you offer for office seating?

The majority of chairs and screens are available in a wide selection of fabrics from Camira, Aqua, Gabriel, Panaz and other fabric manufacturers. The fabrics are priced in Bands with the lower being a basic standard fabric to leather being the top band. Swatches are available and we always advise that you order a fabric swatch which is true to the fabric rather than view the swatch cards on the screen which can warp the colour depending on your monitor settings.

 

What types of operator / task chairs do you offer?

Our task chairs can be built to a specification and offer a selection of ergonomic functions including a wide selection of arms – fixed, height adjustable, folding etc. Other functions include lumbar support, seat lumbar, Cocyxx cut out, headrest. Our ergonomic chairs are available with tilt or Synchro mechanisms depending on your requirements.

 

What are some different desk shapes I can get?

Rectangular desks are available in a selection of widths and depths depending on the manufacturer

Standard widths available – 1000 / 1200 / 1400 / 1600 / 1800 / 2000 (mm)- Bespoke widths can be supplied in some ranges

Standard depths available – 600 / 700 / 800 / *1000 (*executive ranges only)

Crescent desks are supplied as one piece worktops with a return to either the left or right hand side.

Standard widths available 1400 / 1600 / 1800

Standard depth 1200mm

L shaped desks are supplied as two piece worktops, a main rectangular desk with a return that will be fixed to the main desk.

120 degree desks are used for banks of three.

 

Do desks and tables come with cable management?

Some of our ranges are supplied with cable ports as standard but others offer the ability to add cable ports where required.

Cable trays are not supplied as standard with desks but we will include options in a quotation.

 

Do you sell acoustics for the office?

We have a wide range of acoustic products from desktop and floor standing screens to wall or ceiling mounted panels. We also offer meeting pods and soft seating with acoustic benefits.
